To craft a concrete block, you will first need to make concrete powder. For that, you need 4 Gravel blocks, 4 sand blocks, a water bucket, a crafting table, and a dye of your color of choice. You can easily find all these things in the game.
The first thing you need to do is bring your gravel, sand, and dye to the crafting table. Put one block of gravel in 2nd slot of the first row, the second one in the 1st slot of the 2nd row, the third one in the 3rd slot of the 2nd row, and finally the fourth one in the 2nd slot of the 3rd row. Then, put a sand block in 1st slot of the 1st row, the second one in the 3rd slot of the 1st row, the third one in the 1st slot of the third row, the fourth one in the 3rd slot of the 3rd row.
In the next step, you need to take the dye of your chosen color and place it in the middle of the crafting table slots. Once you do that, the concrete powder should appear in the outcome slot, and you need just to take that concrete powder and move on to the next step.
The last step is to take your water bucket and pour the water on a flat surface. Then, it would be best if you took a concrete powder block and put it right next to where you poured the water. This will turn the concrete powder into actual concrete blocks. Then you can just mine the block with a pickaxe and collect the blocks.
